Shiozaki Building is an office building, conveniently located in Chiyoda-ku, directly across from Exit 4 of Nagatacho Subway Station and adjacent to the Liberal Democratic Party headquarters and the Supreme Court. The building was built on a solid rock foundation where a feudal lord’s palace used to stand during the Edo period (1603-1867) according to historical records. We are working toward providing a comfortable office environment and reliable, affordable services to our tenants. In March 2016, the world’s first earthquake proofing system “Interior Shear Grid Wall (ISGW)” was installed and the building is now rated as a Rank “A” earthquake resistant building.
